Possible Trips of the Future ...

MADAGASCAR -- LEMURS AND CHAMELEONS. IN 2007 I did an exploratory to Madagascar, with my focus on the unique lemurs endemic to this huge island. Chameleons of numerous species are common as well, and we expect our focus to include these two quite diverse animal groups. You can see my trip report. Right now, I am hoping to have a tour in the fall of 2008. Inquire with our office about getting on our contact list for this trip.

AUSTRALIA'S WILDLIFE. Australia's wildlife is among the most unique in the world, with unique marsupials and a diversity of extremely colorful birds. Although planning is just beginning, the trip will probably include locations on the eastern coast, Kangaroo Island, and Tasmania. Birds, reptiles, and marsupials will be the focus. At this point research has just begun, and we have no dates or prices, but we are interested in knowing who is interested in going. Inquire with our office about getting on our contact list for this trip.

INDIA'S TIGERS. On our last India trip our group had 14 tiger encounters, and Mary and I had 9 ourselves! But make no mistake, tiger sightings, let alone photographic opportunities, can be difficult. We're exploring the possibility of returning to India for tigers, one horned rhinos, and other wildlife, especially in the Rajesthan region of India. At this point research has just begun, and we have no dates or prices, but we are interested in knowing who is interested in going. The political climate between Pakistan and Indian preclude a trip at this moment. However, if and when conditions improve, we will be doing a trip here. Inquire with our office about getting on our contact list for this trip.
